Inflatable FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes, Primetime requires that a 20% deposit of your contract price to reserve both the date and inflatable. The remaining 80% is due 7 days prior to event.

 

Q: How long are Primetime Inflatable Rentals?

A: Primetime rents units out for 24 hour periods.

Q: How do I reserve my day and unit?

A: A signed contract and deposit ensures your day and unit will be reserved for you! The contract can be mailed or emailed back to primetime. A deposit can be made by mail, in person, or online.

 

Q: What happens to my Inflatable if it Rains?

A: Should rain postpone or delay your event, we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your event. We also can offer a RAIN CHECK, which is good for one year from original scheduled event. All Prior Bookings must take priority over rain date rescheduling. If Rain Check is not the best option for you, will issue a full refund.

NOTE: Primetime Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel any delivery due to inclement weather (rain, winds exceeding 25 MPH (sustained and gusts), or temperatures below 40*F).

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Please note all Credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% Processing fee.

***NOTE: There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks.

Q: Do you disinfect your inflatables?

A: YES, we clean and disinfect each unit before and after each use. 

Q: What are your current policies with the COVID-19 Pandemic? 

A: The health and safety of our clients and employees is our number one priority. Primetime cleans and sanitizes all inflatables and equipment before and after every rental with CDC approved disinfecting products. It is the Lessees responsibility to follow all Maryland guidelines during the current covid-19 pandemic. No groups of more than 10 people. At this time, only one person allowed on a unit at a time. Maintain 6’ distance from each other. Wash hands and sanitize before and after each use. Q: Does Primetime charge a delivery + setup fee?

A: Local delivery + setup is always FREE within 15 miles of Hollywood, MD.

Any delivery outside of the 15 mile radius will have a delivery fee.

Q: May I cancel or Reschedule my reservation?

A: We understand that emergencies arise at unforeseen times. Please inform us 72 hours before your scheduled event we will work with you to reschedule or provide you with a RAIN CHECK. Rain Checks are good for 1 year of original scheduled event. All prior bookings must take priority over any rain date rescheduling.

Q: Do you allow customers to pickup and setup?

A: No, unfortunately our inflatables are 250 to 570lbs. We cannot allow any pick-ups due to safety reasons. We setup and breakdown to keep all our customers safe!

Q: Who should supervise the children?

A: A responsible adult must watch the children at all times. Children should not be left alone to supervise themselves.

Q: Can we jump barefoot in the inflatables?

A: No, all jumpers must have a clean pair of socks. No shoes, no sandals, or sneakers are to be worn in the unit.

Q: What surfaces can you setup your inflatable on?

A: Cement, grass, gym floor, and driveways. Please make sure all setup areas are free of rocks, sticks, pine cones, and any other sharp object that may puncture the unit.

Q: Can adults jump in the inflatables too?

A: Sure, 2-3 adults at a time; and NEVER with children. Adults jumping with children can cause SERIOUS injury.

Q: Is your inflatables clean?

A: Yes, we take great pride in our products. We clean and sanitize our inflatables after each event. The health and safety of our clients are our number one concern. This is the reason why we have extensive cleaning and safety checks once the equipment is delivered back to our location.

Q: What needs to be done if the inflatable is left overnight, what do I need to do?

A: Once all party guest have exited you are then safe to turn off blowers. Once the unit is deflated it will still be staked down. This is safe to leave as is. The blower however will need to be covered as well as any electric connects. The following morning please re-inflate by turning on the blowers as early as possible.

Q: What needs to be done, when renter is done?

A: : If unit is using water, turn hose off 30 mins prior to deflating unit, giving water time to drain out. You should unplug the inflatable and leave them to deflate. If it is calling for rain please take the blower and extension cord out of rain.

Q: What needs to be done before pickup?
A: Inflate unit the morning of pickup to let unit dry out.

Q: What is the responsibility to the renter if the unit is damage?

A: Any damage that the unit receives after the initial setup is the responsibility of the renter per the contract. If said damage occurs it is the renter's responsibility to alert Primetime upon arrival to pickup the unit. At this point the staff would assess the damage and deem it to be from misuse or normal wear and tear. If it is from misuse then a fee will be imposed according to the contract.
